This agreement
A Cubed Education (“A3”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Amanah, registered at Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone Business Centre, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
By creating an account, subscribing, or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy forms part of this agreement and explains what we do with your personal information.
Who can use A3
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must have read these terms and our Privacy Policy and agreed to them on your behalf before you register or subscribe. By creating an account while under 18 you confirm that this has happened. Where a subscription is paid for, the parent or guardian who agreed to these terms is responsible for the charges.
Anyone may browse the site and download past papers without an account.
Your account
Give us accurate information when you register, and keep your email address up to date so we can reach you about your subscription.
Your account is for you alone. Do not share your password, and do not let anyone else sign in as you. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly at support@acubededu.com if you think someone else has access to it.
We limit each account to two signed-in sessions at a time. Signing in on a third device will sign out the oldest one.
How you may use the material
While your subscription is active we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the papers, mark schemes, classified questions, revision notes, videos and tools on the site for your own private study. The licence ends when your subscription or your account does.
You must not:
- share your login, or give anyone else access to paid material through your account;
- copy, re-upload, redistribute, sell or sub-license any of the material, or use it to run a competing service or a paid tuition offering;
- download, record, re-host or attempt to circumvent the protection on our video lessons or revision notes;
- scrape the site, or use bots, crawlers or automated tools to bulk-download material;
- attempt to gain access to another account, to our servers, or to any part of the service you have not been given;
- probe, overload or interfere with the site, or work around our rate limits and access checks;
- reverse engineer or copy the design, code or tools behind the site.
Study material you create in the annotation tool is yours. We store it so you can come back to it, and we do not claim ownership of it.
Intellectual property
A Cubed Education is an independent educational resource platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Cambridge International.
Past papers, mark schemes, syllabus documents and syllabus codes are the copyright of Cambridge Assessment International Education. They are reproduced here for private study and revision only. “Cambridge International”, “IGCSE” and related names are the trade marks of their owners, and we use them only to describe which qualification our material relates to.
Everything we made ourselves — the site design, the code, the annotation and bubble sheet tools, the classified question index, the revision notes and the video lessons — belongs to A3 and is protected by copyright. Nothing in these terms transfers any of it to you.
If you own rights in something published here and believe it should not be, email support@acubededu.com and we will review it and take it down where appropriate.
Subscriptions and billing
Some parts of the site are free. Access to the dashboard, the classified questions, the revision notes and the video lessons requires a paid subscription to the relevant subject.
Subscriptions are sold as packages covering one, two or four subjects, billed either monthly or yearly. The price you pay, including any tax, is the price shown on the checkout page at the moment you subscribe. One package is held per account at a time.
Payment is taken by Stripe. You authorise us to charge the payment method you provide for the plan you choose and for each renewal until you cancel. If a charge fails, Stripe will retry it, and access may be suspended until payment succeeds.
Promotional codes apply only to the plan and period stated when the code is accepted, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time before you complete a purchase.
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically. A monthly plan renews every month and a yearly plan renews every year, at the price then current, using the payment method on your account, until you cancel it.
You can turn renewal off at any time from the Subscriptions tab of your account settings. Do it before the renewal date and no further charge is taken.
If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you by email before the change applies to a renewal, so that you have the chance to cancel first.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel whenever you like. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not cut short.
Payments are not refundable, including for periods you did not use and for cancellations part-way through a billing period. We do not offer partial or pro-rated refunds.
We will still put things right where the fault is ours. Contact us and we will refund a duplicate charge, a charge taken after a valid cancellation, or a period during which paid material was unavailable because of a prolonged failure on our side.
Where the law that applies to you gives you a cancellation or refund right that cannot be contracted out of, that right stands and this section does not reduce it. The rest of this section continues to apply.
Changing your plan
You can move up to a package covering more subjects, or from monthly to yearly billing, at any time. The change takes effect immediately and Stripe prorates it, so you are charged the difference for the remainder of the period rather than a full new price.
Moving from yearly billing to monthly is not possible, because the renewal date cannot be moved back once it has been set. If you want to switch, cancel and resubscribe once the current period ends.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted. It may be unavailable during maintenance, or because of failures at our hosting or payment providers, or for other reasons outside our control.
We add, change and remove features over time. Where a change substantially reduces what a paid subscription gives you, we will tell subscribers by email, and you may cancel.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, particularly the sharing, downloading and scraping rules in section 4, or if your account is used fraudulently. Where it is reasonable to do so we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right.
If we close your account for a breach, no refund is due. If we close it for any other reason and you have paid for a period you can no longer use, we will refund that unused part.
You can close your account at any time by emailing support@acubededu.com. Section 9 of the Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data.
Accuracy of the material
The service is provided as it is. We check our classified questions, mark schemes and revision notes carefully, but we do not warrant that they are complete, error-free, or aligned with the syllabus version you will be examined on. Syllabuses change, and it is worth checking the current one on Cambridge International's own website.
Nothing here is a prediction of what will appear in an exam, and we do not guarantee any particular grade or result. How you use the material is your decision.
Please report anything that looks wrong through the feedback form. We would rather know.
Our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit or opportunity, for exam results, or for loss of the work you have saved on the site. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Where we are liable, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed. If a change materially affects your rights or what you pay, we will email account holders before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the revised terms; if you do not, you can cancel.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as they apply in the Emirate of Sharjah, and the courts of Sharjah have jurisdiction over any dispute.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
